Icebreaker

The Icebreaker takes place on the evening before the conference, Monday 5th September. We will enjoy a sightseeing of Lisbon in a boat tour along the Tagus River. A cocktail with drinks, cheese, fruits, and deserts will be provided.

Boarding: 6:30pm Estação Fluvial Sul Sueste (EFSS) – Praça do Comércio

Land: 9:00pm Estação Fluvial Sul Sueste (EFSS) – Praça do Comércio

Praça do Comércio is served by the metro (blue line: Terreiro do Paço), several bus routes (706, 728, 735, 774, 781, 782), tram (15E, 25E) and is within a 10-minute walking distance from Cais do Sodré, served by the local train (Algés line), the metro green line, and several other bus routes (732, 736, 758, 760).

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will take place Tuesday 6th September at the rooftop Restaurant Zambeze at 7:30pm. With a view over the downtown of Lisbon and a menu with a nice selection of Portuguese flavors.

The restaurant is within a 10-minute walking distance from Baixa-Chiado metro station, served by the blue and green lines. Transport by bus will be provided from the conference venue to the restaurant.
